Do you need some biblical Christian marriage advice to help your marriage? You’re not the only one! Marriage is such a beautiful journey, but let’s be real—it takes work! Whether you’re a young couple just starting out, or you’ve got years of marriage under your belt, building a strong Christian marriage means leaning on God’s Word, relying on God’s grace, and making each other your first priority.

God designed marriage to be a reflection of Christ Jesus’ sacrificial love for His church, and that’s a huge deal. A godly marriage isn’t just about having good times together (although those are great); it’s about growing together in faith, showing mutual respect, and learning how to communicate effectively—even when it’s tough. Whether you’re navigating the early days or working through challenges like financial needs or emotional connection, the key is staying focused on God’s purpose for your relationship.

My Big List of Resources for Biblical Christian Marriage Advice

First up on my list is where we should all be going first for answers to everything – scripture! Start with this list and then check out all the different resources from people who have tried to help us understand these scriptures and apply them to our lives. As you read and listen to other’s input, always pray and test their words against the scripture.

Side note: While I have watched/read/listened to many of these resources, I can’t say I have checked out all of them. Some of them have been recommended to me by other people. I’ve said this many times, I am no biblical scholar and we all must do our own testing against scripture of any teaching we consume. Even if I tell you I have read and personally approve of a person’s message, that doesn’t mean you should let your guard down. Always test everything against scripture, no matter who it comes from.
