The Grace & Moxie Life blog is all about overall wellness. Health isn’t strictly physical. Health is physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Most importantly, as a Christian, I believe health begins with Jesus being the center of our lives. Not another category in our lives, but the filter that every other category of our lives operates through.
My passions are sharing the good news of Jesus, health/fitness, nature, coaching, writing, and relationships. You can expect to see a little bit of everything here relating to our daily lives and the lives of those around us, with God at the center of it all. The Grace and Moxie Life is a whole health approach to overall wellness.
I’ve been married for 15 years to that cutie in the photo with me and we are the proud dog parents of Sophie, the Jug (Jack Russell/Pug mix). I’m a certified holistic nutritionist personal trainer, life coach, and writer. (check out my nutrition coaching business website here) My mission at The Grace & Moxie Life is to create a community of women who recognize the importance of whole health and prioritize actual overall wellness over diet and exercise trends, obsessing with weight, and who believe everything good flows out of our relationship with God and into every area of our lives.

Living with the moxie that comes from the spirit of God living within is.
For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]. 1 Timothy 1:7 AMP

Thank you again for visiting! My prayer is that God will use me through this website and my life and that my words will carefully glorify Him and encourage you.
